REFUND POLICY

Last updated: 22 October 2026

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund for digital products purchased through Fashype.

Fashype is operated by Tone Creation Studio, with its registered address at Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Kraków, Poland, registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), NIP: PL9970136331.

Fashype offers digital educational products, including online courses, video lessons, training materials and other educational resources.

Payments for applicable purchases are processed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

This Policy should be read together with the Fashype Terms and Conditions and applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

  1. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Customers may submit a refund request through either of the following channels:

Contact Fashype:
Email: [email protected]

Contact Paddle:
Website: https://paddle.net

Customers may also use the order support link provided in their Paddle transaction confirmation email.

Fashype is available to assist with requests concerning course access, technical problems, product delivery and other Product-related issues.

Paddle handles transaction-related customer service and processes refunds for purchases for which it acts as Merchant of Record.

To help us identify the transaction, please include the email address used for the purchase, the Product name, the order reference where available, and a description of the reason for your request. Do not send full payment card details.

  1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests are assessed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Paddle’s applicable Refund Policy and Buyer Terms, and the circumstances of the purchase.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise approved under the applicable refund procedures, purchases are not automatically eligible for a refund simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to use the Product.

Paddle may consider discretionary refund requests submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. A request submitted within this period does not automatically guarantee a refund.

Nothing in this section restricts statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or non-conforming digital content, or any other mandatory consumer rights.

  1. DIGITAL CONTENT AND THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have statutory rights to withdraw from eligible distance contracts, subject to applicable law.

For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once delivery or performance begins if the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.

Where required by law, these requirements include the consumer’s prior express consent to the commencement of delivery before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost, and the required contractual confirmation.

Merely purchasing a course or opening an account does not, by itself, establish that all legal requirements for the loss of the right of withdrawal have been satisfied.

Where these requirements have not been met, the consumer retains any withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.

Eligible EU consumers may exercise an applicable withdrawal right through the relevant withdrawal option in the Paddle Customer Portal, where available, or through another legally valid method.

Customers may also contact Fashype at [email protected] for assistance.

  1. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If a purchased course cannot be accessed, is not delivered as described, or has a material technical defect, customers should contact Fashype at [email protected] so that the issue can be investigated.

Fashype will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem, including correcting access issues or restoring the purchased Content where appropriate.

If the issue cannot be resolved, customers may contact Paddle through https://paddle.net for assistance with the relevant transaction and any applicable refund.

Where digital Content does not conform to the contract, customers may have statutory rights to have the Content brought into conformity, receive a price reduction, terminate the contract or obtain another remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits those rights.

  1. REFUND PROCESSING

Where a refund is approved or required by law, Paddle processes the refund for the relevant transaction in accordance with its procedures and applicable legal obligations.

Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method where possible.

Under Paddle’s applicable Refund Policy, eligible refunds are generally processed within 14 days of approval. Statutory withdrawal refunds are subject to the applicable legal deadlines.

The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment provider, bank or other financial institution.

Fashype does not independently transfer refund payments directly to customers for transactions processed through Paddle.

  1. EFFECT OF A REFUND

Where a full refund is issued, access to the relevant Product may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable transaction terms and law.

Customers must not continue using or distributing refunded Content where their right to use it has ended.

Any suspension or withdrawal of access will be implemented subject to applicable law and any rights that remain available to the customer.

  1. TAX REFUNDS

Applicable VAT, GST, sales tax or equivalent indirect taxes may be calculated and collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Requests concerning tax corrections, tax-exempt purchases or refunds of transaction taxes should be submitted to Paddle through https://paddle.net, together with any supporting documentation required.

The availability of a tax refund depends on the applicable tax rules and Paddle’s procedures.

  1. FRAUD AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Refund requests may be reviewed to verify the transaction and identify potential fraud or misuse.

Where fraud or unauthorised payment activity is suspected, the relevant transaction may be reviewed by Paddle and the applicable payment provider.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorised or incorrect payment or exercise any statutory remedy.
